Assessments

As Spring Break approaches, I will be assessing students.  Here are some of the things I will be assessing:
Letter ID
Letter Sounds
Number Writing
Kindergarten Sight Words
Reading Levels (end of kindergarten reading level is 5)

It is important that your child know all of his/her letters, sounds and as many sight words as possible.  I will be sending home a "report" that shares your child's assessments with you before spring break.

3 Piggy Opera Play

We will have our play on March 11.  It will be at 11 am in the cafeteria.  This is a minimum day so all students may go home following the play.

Magic Show

Tickets can still be pre-ordered for this fun event that will take place in the cafeteria on the evening of March 4.  Tickets can be purchased at the door but cost a bit more that way.
